Action Carting Participates in the 3rd Avenue Community Benefit Street Fair 09.07.08
As an active member of the Manhattan Chamber of Commerce and the Chamber's Green Business Committee, Action Carting participated in the 2008 annual 3rd Avenue Community Benefit Street Fair which took place on Sunday, September 7th.

This year, for the first time, the Fair featured a "green" block with vendors who offer green products and services. Action Carting helped inform the people of New York on 'organic waste disposal' and how to be more environmentally friendly by recycling.

One admirer from New York Presbyterian Hospital's Nutrition Department stated "I love Action Carting! I think it is great that we can reprocess left over food from the hospital because before it would just go to waste."
